Sire Quistello Z disappeared too early from the showjumping scene, after several colic operations at a very young age. After several years he still proved his potential at 1m40 level. He is sired by Quinar out of a famous Holstein dam-line: the one of Thunder van de Zuuthoeve and Come-on.

Quarma’s dam is Savannah Z, born at Pikkerie Stables. She is also the mother of Congo Z (by Chellano Z), who was successful at 1m60 level under the saddle of Vicky Roycroft in Australia. Savannah’s granddam, the Gotthard daughter Gotenlust is also the grandmother of two 1m60 horses: Sandokan B and Citizengard Cadjanine Z, who won several CSIO5* contests.
